Comparisons

1. Selection. Each comparison publishes its own inclusion criteria at the top. We include products a Malaysian small business can buy online.
2. Order. Options are listed in alphabetical order. We do not crown a single winner. Instead, we say who each option suits.
3. Commission has no effect. Whether a vendor pays us a commission never changes whether it is included, where it appears, or what we write about it.
4. Sources. Every price and feature comes from the vendor's own website or documentation, linked in the table, with the date we checked it. We show prices in RM only when the vendor publishes RM prices; otherwise we show the currency exactly as published. When a vendor's page could not be read, we say so instead of guessing.
5. Testing. Unless a page says otherwise, we have not tested the products hands-on. Information is based on public documentation. If we test something, the page will say what we tested and how.
6. No fake signals. We publish no star ratings, review scores, user counts or awards that we did not measure ourselves.
7. Updates. Each page shows its last-reviewed date. Vendors change prices often; always confirm on the vendor page.

The checkers are passive. The email check reads public DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM at common selector names, DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS). The website check makes one normal request over http:// and one over https://, reads the TLS certificate and the response headers. They do not scan ports, crawl, fuzz, try to log in or probe for vulnerabilities. A good grade does not mean a site is secure.

Each finding is pass (2 points), needs work (1 point) or missing or broken (0 points). Optional extras such as BIMI may be shown as info and are not scored. The grade is the share of available points: A ≥ 90%, B ≥ 75%, C ≥ 60%, D ≥ 40%, F below 40%.
