Which policy should I start with?
Start with p=none and a report address so you can see who sends mail as your domain. Move to quarantine, then reject, once your real mail passes.
Where do I put the record?
Create a TXT record at the host shown (for example _dmarc.example.com.my). Some DNS panels want only “_dmarc” as the host name.
Can I have two DMARC records?
No. Publish exactly one. Two records make receivers ignore DMARC for your domain.
